With over 35 years in the industry, Emilio Saienni and Peter Seiler passionately steered Parker Doors with a mission to provide superior aluminium products and create a lasting brand. Dean Kisten is at the heart of our business is Dean Kisten, our passionate director, who is leading the way after years of mentorship under the expert guidance of founders Peter and Emilio.
With their experience shaping Dean’s vision, he’s now taking the company to new heights, ensuring innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction are always at the forefront.
With over 14 years of experience in management as a product specialist with a background in economics and financial accounting, he has a keen eye for detail and exceptional people management skills.
Our team is a well-oiled machine of highly skilled installers, coordinators, and factory workers, each dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and seamless service. Together, we’re not just building doors and windows – we’re crafting lasting impressions for your home or business.

Emilio Saienni
Manager
Every installation complete is done under the watchful and well experienced eyes of director, Emilio Saienni. Still Installing aluminium goods with perfection and ease after doing so for nearly 50 years. Proud to say, windows in Ponte building, Johannesburg, the first ever toll booth in Pietermaritsburg, various and countless jewellery stores, private schools as far as Botswana are just a few of the many jobs successfully and professionally installed. Every installation carried out with such class and integrity.
Peter Seiler
Director
Director and Swiss born Peter Seiler brings with him his exceptional qualification in draughting. He qualified in Switzerland 40 years ago, exploiting his expertise at the factory using it to his full potential. Peter Seiler has been designing systems since 1985. Some of his greatest achievements are successfully designing his own sliding door system, engineering specialised aluminium profiles as far as Abu Dhabi and England. Precision is evident in everything he touches.
Olexander Petrov
Factory Foreman
Emigrated from Ukraine 14 years ago, Olex is our factory foreman. Qualified as a tradesman, he brings to the table his great attention for detail. Every job done to the best of his ability, we have proof that it’s of the best quality. Manufacturing is his skill and strong point. working at Parker Doors for 12 years, some of his favourites to manufacture are Aluminium stacking doors, Cottage pane doors and Double glazing windows because these involve very detailed work
Dean Kisten
Currently general manager in training.
Giving his best in customer service, Dean is the proud holder of a higher certificate in business management. He is responsible for pricing, site meetings, customer liaison and deadlines being met. Managing people from 19 years of age, general management comes naturally for him. Proving himself during the last 7 years, He aims to please in everything he does. He thrives on challenges and is excited to help you design your aluminium windows, doors and shopfronts.
Emmanuel Kubheka
Installer
Also known as Khosi, trained by Emilio Saienni is part of the installation team. His 11 years of employment with us has taught him how to install the correct way. Being versatile is his main strength. When not installing, his extra pair of hands comes in handy at the factory putting products together. He enjoys installing custom made aluminium windows, aluminium sliding folding doors and aluminium shopfronts because it keeps him on his toes.
